Well-Child Checks

IMG_0016.jpg

Our Providers recommend that all kids come in for a well-child check (see the ages listed below) according to the CDC guidelines.  This helps us ensure that our patients are healthy and developing appropriately.  This also provides a time to ask the provider questions about development, eating, behavior, or other concerns you might have.

We also recommend keeping up-to-date with immunizations as laid out by the CDC.  See our full philosophy on immunizations HERE.

Prior to your well-child check, we ask that you visit our Patient Portal to complete developmental surveys, which help guide the provider during your visit.  More information about how to prepare for your appointment can be found HERE.
