ABOUT
Brittney Thrift!
Brittney Thrift is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and proud mother of premature twins, which inspired her to become the author of Cradles of Courage: Adventures in the NICU. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2018 and began her nursing career at Dell Children’s Medical Center, where she worked in both the Pediatric Surgical Trauma Unit and the NICU. Brittney was honored with the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nursing in 2019 and nominated multiple times thereafter.
Driven by her passion for pediatric care, Brittney went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington. She recently joined our team at CTP and is excited to care for patients and families with the same compassion that shaped her own journey through the NICU.
