We use a service called Triage 4 Pediatrics to provide after-hours triage for Chisholm Trail Pediatrics outside our regular business hours.  If you call our clinic after hours, you will be directly connected to this service.  This service is free to current patients of CTP.

• You will be connected with pediatric-specific nurses who are trained to triage your call using Barton Schmidt protocols.  ​

​

• If necessary, our provider on call will be paged, or it may be recommended that you seek treatment immediately.  ​

​

• In the event that you go to an outside facility for emergency care, please request the record of your visit be sent to your provider at our office for continuity of care.  ​

​

• If you are calling for any reason other than urgent care for your child, please call back during regular business hours.  ​
