Billing Department/Insurance

Chisholm Trail Pediatrics is dedicated to providing you with high quality, competitively priced medical care.   We accept all major credit cards and Care Credit. 

Our patient accounts are handled by our in-house billing department - all representatives are employees of Chisholm Trail Pediatrics.  


Billing and insurance questions can be answered by calling our main phone line and choosing option #2.  They may also be submitted using the secure email address



We accept several major insurance plans* including:

Referrals to a specialist can take 7-10 business days due to insurance processing time and volume of requests.

Please allow 2 weeks from the date of the original request either by the doctor or by the patient for the referral to be complete.  When the referral is complete, we will call you to give you the information in regards to the referral.

If you are calling to check the status of your referral, please know your insurance, your specialist and the reason for the referral as well as the name of the doctor or nurse practitioner your child saw for the visit.
