Need a Flu Shot? Schedule a Nurse Visit Today!
Protect your family this flu season by scheduling a nurse visit for your child’s flu shot. Parents can receive a flu shot during the visit as well for just $40. A completed vaccine consent form is required for all immunizations. Don’t wait—stay healthy this season!
Saturday Pediatric Urgent Care Available!
We offer Saturday urgent care appointments starting at 9:00am. Phone lines open at 8:30am for appointment booking. After hours, our nurse line is available for assistance or connection to an on-call provider.
After Hour Providers Available 24/7 at CTP!
Our office is committed to providing comprehensive care for your children, even outside of regular business hours. Whenever our office is closed, you have access to an after-hours nurse line. Please do not hesitate to CALL our office to be connected with our on-call provider for any urgent needs or questions you might have!

Same Day Appointments
At Chisholm Trail Pediatrics, we strive to accommodate our patients by offering same-day appointments for those who are feeling unwell.
Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your family’s time and are committed to keeping appointments timely and accessible for all of our patients.
Late Arrivals:
We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals within 10 minutes will be accommodated when possible, though the visit may be shortened. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
A $35 fee applies to appointments that are missed (no-show) or cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This fee is not covered by insurance and is the responsibility of the family.
Please note that keeping track of scheduled appointments is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Automated text and email reminders are provided as a courtesy. Fees will not be waived due to missed reminders, opting out of notifications, or appointments not being added correctly to a personal calendar.
