Here at CTP, we are striving to protect both our patients and our staff while still being able to meet our community health needs.  Here are some things we are doing at ensure both clinics to insure safety for everyone:

• We are continuing to separate our sick patients and our well patients as much as possible.  The well visits are being done at the beginning of each session followed by sick patients.

• At this time, we are inviting our Well-Child check patients to come into the lobby.  This is always optional and if you would prefer to wait in the car, please use your healow check in link and we will call you when we are ready.

​

• Rooms are thoroughly sanitized between each patient.  The entire office is cleaned nightly.

​

• You can check in using a text message!  A reminder text will be sent to you 2 days prior to your appointment; this message is where you can begin the check-in process, which includes checking demographics, paying your Copay, and submitting any medical information that may have changed.  You will receive another text message reminder the morning of your appointment.  You can then use this link to let us know you have arrived at the clinic.  Please see this short video below to help with your check in process!
